Electric bikes: Past, Present, Future
Personal mobility is a key factor that continually guides a city’s development. As a city’s transportation infrastructure rapidly adapts under its thriving citizens, urban planners are called to create neighbourhoods that improve the accessibility of the local community while creating a dynamic system that links transportation seamlessly nationwide.
To further improve mobility for all, many cities around the world increasingly adopt cycling as a mode of transport that is practical, environmentally sustainable and provides fun and fitness for the rider.
Mr. Ching Wai Won, C.E.O of eZee bikes, will present a brief history and invention of the electric bicycle, covering technical aspects and designs, regulations around the world and growing trends in the world regarding electric vehicles.
